Whenever I have the time, I love creating full-on travel itineraries because it’s one way to transform an ordinary trip into a memorable vacation. Something about having a cute itinerary document to refer to just makes the experience immediately feel more special. I’m a firm believer that it doesn’t matter how long or short the actual trip is; all of them should be viewed as a treat to look forward to.

Plus, it makes it easier for everyone to have all of the trip details (flight information, accommodation details, reservations, confirmation numbers, etc.) in one place. All you gotta do is share a Google Drive link with each other.

Disney trips, in particular, can involve a lot of planning, so even if you only do a single Disney day, having a “hit list” helps you pinpoint everything you want to accomplish so that you can navigate your way through those crowds and have a true strategy—an absolute MUST for all Disney vacations. It’s 2025 and we simply do not have the time to go to Disney without a strategy!
