About Me

Hi! I’m Lily, a lifelong Disney fan, specifically a Disneyland U.S.A. fan. Having grown up as a military brat, I spent most of my childhood obsessing over Disney Renaissance-era movies and watching reruns of the Mickey Mouse Club, but as soon as I was old enough to live on my own, I moved to Southern California and eventually became a Disneyland AP (annual passholder).

Over the years, I’ve become that ‘go-to’ person within my social circle for people wanting to find the best deals on all things Disney, how to navigate the parks time-wise, and how to embrace the ‘Disney adult life’ at home, too. On a recent Epcot trip, I learned that there are still so many resources that people are unaware of that I want to continue to share, which is how The Thrifty Disney Gal was born.

When I’m not blabbing on and on about my love for movies and theme parks, you can usually find me hanging out with my cats, traveling, drawing in my sketchbook, or decorating my little home in Colorado.
