Here’s a List of Every Single Rider Ride at Disneyland and Disney World
Hello friends! Last weekend, we visited Disneyland for a work content day. Instead of paying for Lightning Lane, which would have added an extra $32 – $67 to EACH of our tickets, we decided to embark on a little experiment and only aim for Single Rider rides instead. The verdict? We preferred, and 100% recommend this time-saving strategy, so today, I am sharing a list of every Single Rider ride at Disneyland and Disney World.

While Lightning Lane pretty much guarantees you a quicker entry to some of the most popular rides, it does require you to return within a certain time frame, which can add extra stress to your day because it could mean having to run from one side of the park to another.
With Single Rider, we were able to walk around at a leisurely pace and go in the order of the attractions throughout the parks while still getting a lot done. Plus, there were a handful of times when we ended up being placed together anyway. It was such a smooth park day that we plan to do this every time now!
What is a Single Rider?
Single Rider is a FREE service that allows groups to split up and board select attractions individually. In other words, some rides offer a unique entry (just ask a cast member to direct you) that you can walk through with your friends and fam. Once you reach the end, you’ll be placed on the ride individually as space becomes available (although in some cases you may still be placed together). There’s almost no wait, so you can expect to walk onto most rides.
Some people don’t love the idea of being unable to sit with their party on the actual ride, but if you really think about it, how often do you talk to your friends and family while on the ride? Not at all, right? And like I said, sometimes you get lucky and will be placed together in the same cart. If you have a young child, cast members often allow you to stay together, so ask them if that’s an option. *Please note that some rides require age and height for children.
